Hon. Stephen R. White

Steve achieves significant results for clients. During his more than 25 years of practicing law, Steve earned an "AV" Martindale and Hubble rating - the highest award for legal ability and ethics. Steve wins substantial compensation for his clients and is a member of the Million Dollar Advocate Forum for verdicts of $1 Million or more.

Steve has broad legal experience from advising public clients such as the Judiciary Committee of the Rhode Island House of Representatives and the Providence Building Authority to representing hundreds of private clients. Steve served as a Municipal Judge and a Probate Judge in the city of Pawtucket in the 1980s and today, in addition to his regular law practice, serves as a Probate Judge in the town of South Kingstown.

Steve earned a Masters Degree in Public Administration (MPA) at the University of Rhode Island and his Juris Doctorate (JD) at Suffolk University Law School in Boston.

Steve is married, has two adult sons and resides in West Kingston, Rhode Island. He is a Past President of the Kingston Congregational Church, a Past President of the Rotary Club of Wakefield, R.I. and currently, Secretary of the West Kingstown Fire Department.
